Nathan Basha is a 22 year old motivational speaker pushing the boundaries on preconceptions around people with disability. ‘Inspirational’ is the word most frequently associated with his presentations, with audiences saying they now feel that “anything is possible”.
Nathan is an actor, a film maker and works at the “coolest radio station in Sydney”. He is a student at The University of Sydney and The School for Social Entrepreneurs. He is an ambassador for a NSW government campaign – Living Life My Way. www.nathanbasha.com
Libby Ellis is the Founder of InCharge. Libby believes relationships are crucial to the sustainability of self-directed supports and her strength is working from the grass roots, supporting people to develop a positive vision of the future and then making it happen. Libby’s older brother, Matthew, has an intellectual disability and autism. Her brother has had a circle for 16 years. She has worked with many others to establish, facilitate and nurture their own networks.
Rob’s strengths include a drive to assist people to achieve their highest potential and he uses a variety of tools and approaches to strengthen individuals and teams. He brings extensive experience in training and leadership to his role as coach and consultant. He has thirty years experience in community services mostly with Wesley Mission Melbourne and UnitingCare Community Options. He is a certied Strengths Coach with the Gallup Organization.
